Directions to O’Brien’s (091 555025)

If coming from Oughterard, take the N59 towards Galway and go through Moycullen village, after the road widens out ,see the road sign indicating right turn for Barna, take this right turn and head up the road for exactly 1.2 miles(2.2 Km). You’ll see our brown wooden house on right hand side, on a very elevated site, with a green front door and cream coloured shed to the left of the house.

If coming out from Galway city, take the N59 for Clifden, passing Glenlo Abbey on your right, and later on a very large red and white sign on the right hand side for Tobermore Paving, 1 mile after this sign take the left for Barna (Signposted) and head up the road for exactly 1.2 miles(2.2 Km). You’ll see our brown wooden house on right hand side, on a very elevated site, with a green front door and cream coloured shed to the left of the house.

If coming out from Salthill, you may like to head to Barna and take right turn at 12 Pins hotel and drive up the road for 3 1/2 miles passing the Barna Golf club on your left hand side, stay on the main road for another mile, spotting 3 brown wooden houses to your left, stay on main road and pass small house on left which has two piles of rocks and soil where the front lawn will be, we are the 3rd entrance after that. If you pass our entrance, there is a house with 2 very large sheds and usually a tractor, or digger in the yard (like a farm) off about 500 yards beyond us on the right. Just turn around and you’ll see our house.

We have moved the practice to an extension to the rear of the house, you will see a sign indicating to go around to the right of the house and you will find us there,
